Refund & Cancellation Policy

At StyleByPurti (SBP), we pour care and craftsmanship into every bag we create. Each piece is lovingly handcrafted to order, ensuring that you receive something truly special. As a boutique brand, we’re committed to quality, individuality, and your satisfaction.

Cancellation and Store Credit

We understand that sometimes plans change. Since each product is custom-made, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, we do accept cancellations made within 3 business days of placing your order. In such cases, we’ll issue you store credit equal to the full amount paid so you can shop with us again when the time is right.

After 3 business days, we begin the production process, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or if there’s an error on our part, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Our team will carefully review the situation and may issue store credit at our discretion. While we don’t offer monetary refunds, we are always here to support you with a fair and thoughtful resolution.
